We've come up with a quick checklist of the basics you should have with you. Print it off and pin it to the kitchen wall. Skis, poles and boots Ski jacket and pants Socks, underwear and thermals Gloves (both ski and woollen for around the resort) hat and scarf Sunglasses and goggles SPF 15 suncream, lipsalve, total block cream Rucksack/Backpack Boots that have soles with a good grip for walking around the resort Photos for lift pass Something to read (for the airport and plane) First aid kit containing: Any regular medication you need Painkillers eg paracetamol (especially for those hangovers...)
